ABOUT ME

Triloki Nagpal was born in December 1945 in Delhi, India when the independence movement of India was at its peak. Curfew and shoot at sight orders were in effect in the night and during the early hours of one chilly day in December 1945, he came into this world, amidst sounds of gunfire.

 

His school education was in the cities of Delhi and Calcutta, in Modern School, South Point & Harcourt Butler. He joined the Birla Institute of Technology in 1963 to study Mechanical Engineering. He excelled in his academic performance and topped his college in the 3rd year. In all the other years he was amongst the first three postion holders. After passing out in 1968, he started his career as a Management Trainee in the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and continued with various engineering organizations where he grew to the level of General Manager.

 

Triloki started writing as a hobby while pursuing his studies. He was the founder and the Editor-in-Chief of his Institute's Newsletter which he named "The Hatchet". He continued to dabble in writing after finishing his college and also during his working life.He primarily writes humor and satirical articles that have been published in national level magazines in India. 

 

His book "B I T bit by bit" was self published on July 15, 2014 at Createspace and has been released for sale in  PAPERBACK as well as KINDLE formats on Amazon.
